The UP Police Recruitment is gearing up to release a recruitment notification, encompassing approximately 60,244 vacancies. As per the notification issued on December 23, 2023, candidates aspiring to serve as constables under the Uttar Pradesh Police Department should keep a close eye on the official website, https://uppbpb.gov.in/.
Eligibility criteria for the post of Constable under the Uttar Pradesh Police Department in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows.
- Educational Qualification – One must have passed the Intermediate examination from any state board like Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad or central board like Central Board of Secondary Education.
- Age Limit – An individual’s age must not be below 18 and above 23 or 26 years, if he or she belongs to General (Male or Female) for OBC/SC/ST there will be an upper age relaxation of 5 years.
